McLachlan’s Smash Repairs has been named the New England’s Best Smash Repairs business, with customers praising their exceptional workmanship, meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to customer service.
The Inverell business received strong support from across the community, with voters repeatedly highlighting the professionalism of owners Pete and Sharon and their team, as well as the care they take in restoring every vehicle.
Chelsea said the business consistently went above and beyond for its customers.
“Pete, Sharon and the workers always go above and beyond for their customers,” she wrote. “The employees have amazing attention to detail and provide a wonderful service to our community. I wouldn’t trust anyone better than McLachlan’s with my car repairs.”
Others echoed those sentiments, with Nick praising the business for its “great customer service” and the quality of its work.
Molly said McLachlan’s had earned its reputation through consistently delivering exceptional workmanship, honest and reliable service, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.

The consistent themes running through the nominations were quality, trust and reliability, with customers saying they knew their vehicles would be repaired to the highest standard and returned with care.
The team thanked customers for their support following the announcement.
