As business award season continues, Business NSW has announced the finalists for the 2023 New England North West Business Awards.
The Business NSW Business Awards recognise growth, entrepreneurship, and celebrates business success and resilience. This year the 2023 New England North West Business Awards received nearly 100 applications.
“These awards are a wonderful opportunity to showcase the ingenuity, strength and resilience of New England North West businesses,” Business NSW Executive Director Regional NSW and Visitor Economy Paula Martin said.
“It has been incredibly hard for businesses who have coped with skills shortages, rising business costs and energy hikes but there is no doubt that businesses are getting on with it and achieving growth.”
“We had many entrants vie for their place in over 14 categories. A consistent theme of these excellent businesses was how they demonstrated resilience and innovation to grow their operation and keep their people in jobs.”
Regional winners of each category will be announced at a Business NSW Gala Business Awards Luncheon sponsored by NBN at the Powerhouse Hotel in Tamworth 12:30pm – 3:30pm on the 3rd of October. Tickets are available at https://www.123tix.com.au/events/40271/new-england-north-west-regional-business-awards-2023
The luncheon will host guest speaker Tanya Kunze, three time best-selling business author, who will deliver a powerful address on business transformation based on her latest best-selling book The Power of Positivity.
Winners will then go on to represent the region at the State Business Awards to be held on the 9th of November attended by nearly 1000 business leaders.
“Based on the quality of this year’s finalists, I expect that our regional winners will again do very well at the State Business Awards,” Ms Martin said.
