Professionals Armidale has cemented its reputation as the New England’s leading real estate agency, taking out the Best Real Estate title for the second consecutive year in the 2026 Best in the New England awards.
The back-to-back victory reflects strong community confidence in the agency, with voters praising its professionalism, customer service, local knowledge and commitment to supporting the wider Armidale community.
The agency’s supporters said its success was built on consistently delivering results while maintaining a genuine focus on people.
Claire said the team’s “exceptional knowledge of the local market combined with genuine care for customers” set them apart, while Hayley praised the property management team for always being willing to help people find the right home.
Adam, who has both sold properties and used the agency’s property management services, said every experience had been seamless.
“I’ve sold multiple homes through Professionals Armidale. They made the experience effortless and achieved a great result for both the seller and buyer,” he said.
“I also have a rental through Professionals Armidale. Their property management team is the best in the business.”
Many voters highlighted the agency’s professionalism, reliability and commitment to the local community.
Jeanie described Professionals as “local hands you can trust,” saying they always delivered on what they promised, while Drew summed the business up as “professional by name and nature.”
Tom praised the entire team, saying Finlai and the staff were “very helpful” and he would highly recommend them to anyone.
Habib said the award reflected years of consistent service.

Alisha said staff regularly went above and beyond for clients while also giving back through monthly barbecue fundraisers at the local markets, with proceeds donated to local community organisations.
Several voters echoed similar sentiments, describing the business as dedicated, professional and committed to helping people achieve the best outcomes, whether buying, selling or renting property.
General Manager Nikki Zimmerle thanked clients and supporters for helping the agency retain the title.
