Daniel Phillips Electrical takes Best electrician and Bingara’s first BITNE win

Bingara has its first-ever Best in the New England winner, with Daniel Phillips Electrical and Engineering taking out the title of Best Electrician.

The family-owned business, which services communities from Bingara through to Tamworth and across the region, earned widespread support from customers who praised its reliability, workmanship and commitment to going above and beyond.

The win is also a milestone for Bingara, with Daniel Phillips Electrical becoming the first business from the town to claim a Best in the New England title since its introduction three years ago.

Voters consistently described the business as dependable, professional and always willing to help.

โ€œBest service, very knowledgeable, all-round great guy,โ€ Debbie said.

Many customers said Daniel and his team could always be relied upon to turn up when promised.

For Jacki, it was the genuine care shown to customers that set the business apart.

โ€œDaniel, Renae and Cohen offer the most amazing service. So well priced and they genuinely care for their customers. They always go over and above in their service.โ€

That willingness to go the extra mile was echoed by Amelia, who recalled Daniel fitting in an urgent oven installation on a busy Friday so a tenant wouldnโ€™t be left without cooking facilities.

โ€œNone have come close to the quality of Danielโ€™s work or his can-do attitude. Heโ€™s efficient, knowledgeable, reliable and genuinely friendly,โ€ she said.

Rachel said the business had become a trusted name throughout the Bingara district.

โ€œAn excellent family business who provide prompt and efficient service throughout the Bingara community and surrounds. Very friendly staff, reasonably priced, always quick to respond and get the job done.โ€

Professionalism and honesty also featured strongly throughout the nominations.

โ€œThey are a family-owned business that pride themselves on honesty and respecting the customers. I cannot praise them enough for their professionalism,โ€ Jo-Anna said.

Patricia described the business as โ€œreliable, prompt, knowledgeableโ€ with โ€œgreat workmanshipโ€, while Natalie praised its โ€œreliable honest service, affordable prices and friendly customer serviceโ€.

Jeremy, who has used the business for electrical work as well as solar panels and battery installation, said Daniel was โ€œalways professional, on time and value for moneyโ€.

The team thanked customers for helping make the achievement possible.

โ€œThank you to everyone who voted for us! We appreciate all your support. We couldnโ€™t do our job without our valuable clients.โ€
