A man in his 30s remains trapped on scene on Guyra Road near Guyra after a head on collision between two vehicles at around 3.15pm today.
NSW Ambulance have assessed a female child has been rescued from the scene and transported her to Armidale Hospital.
Police and Ambulance remain on scene, with the Westpac Rescue Helicopter tasked to the incident, and Guyra Road an motorists are asked to avoid the area if possible.
