Moree Plains residents are being invited to meet councillors and council staff, ask questions and raise local issues at a community Q&A session later this month.
Moree Plains Shire Council will host the informal session at the Max Centre in Moree on Wednesday, 16 September, from 5.30pm to 7pm.
The session will be held outside normal working hours following feedback from residents at previous Q&A events, making it easier for more people to attend.
Community members can ask questions about any council matter, with councillors and staff available to provide information and discuss local concerns in a relaxed setting.
There is no requirement to register questions in advance, although residents with detailed queries are encouraged to submit them beforehand to give council staff time to prepare the necessary information.
Questions can be emailed to council@mpsc.nsw.gov.au, mailed to the General Manager, Moree Plains Shire Council, PO Box 420, Moree NSW 2400, or delivered to Level 2 of the Max Centre at 30 Heber Street, Moree.
The Q&A will be held in the Council Committee Room on Level 1 of the Max Centre.
For more information, contact council on (02) 6757 3222 or council@mpsc.nsw.gov.au.
