Local NDIS provider, Holistic Recovery, are taking their work outdoors for a great cause this weekend.

This Sunday, March 3rd is Clean Up Australia Day.

“At Holistic Recovery we’re all about looking at the bigger picture.” said Bhavin Patel, Director of Operations.

“It’s not just about what we do within our walls, it’s about stepping outside and seeing how we can make a difference in the local community and the wider world.”

“Clean Up Australia Day is right up our alley.”

“It’s a day where we can roll up our sleeves and show our love for this beautiful planet. Plus, it’s a fantastic way for us to bond as a team outside the usual grind.”

Looking to assemble a team of up to 15 people, they’ll kick off their efforts at 9:30am along Brisbane Street, Tamworth, ready to give the streets some TLC.

“It’s going to be a day of good deeds, good company, and hopefully, a lot of fun.” said Bhavin.

If you are interested in helping to tackle waste and make a difference, then this is your official invitation to come and join.

“This is about pulling together as a community, making a positive impact, and maybe even having a laugh or two along the way.” said Bhavin.

“If you’re interested, just drop us a line. Whether you’re flying solo or bringing friends, we’d love to have you on board.”

Celebrating the 34th year of Clean Up Australia Day, this is a strong reminder not to be limited to just one day.

“Just that this is the beginning, not the end.” said Bhavin.

“We’re all about keeping this green vibe going, not just on Clean Up Australia Day but every day.”

“It’s about making those small, sustainable choices that add up.”

“We’re hoping this day sparks something—maybe a new way of thinking about how we all fit into this big, beautiful environment. Let’s not wait for the next Clean Up Day to do something good for our planet.”
