The Armidale Show is on today and tomorrow (March 3 and 4), with pre-purchase tickets available online and tap-n-go on all the gates making it easy to get in and enjoy the activities.

The Pavilion opens at 10am this morning to get things started, with a full schedule of competitions and winning entries on display. The Young Women and Young Farmers competitions will have their events starting from 6pm, followed by a community truck pull at 7.30, then the Aussie FMX Show and live music at the bar by The Thundercats.

No fireworks tonight, but look after your puppies on Saturday with a big display at 8.30pm.

Tomorrow is the big day with the grand parade starting at 3.30. Dachshund dashes and formalities will run until about 6.30, with the 6 bar showjumping starting at 6.40pm as per the schedule. The Aussie FMX show will be on again a bit later at 8pm on Saturday, and the demo derby gets underway after the fireworks.

Unfortunately the Armidale Ute Show, which is usually run in conjunction with the show, has had to be cancelled this year due to unforeseen circumstances.
