Winter in Walcha, is the second event in the Winter market series that celebrates winter…Walcha style.
Delivering on a “Christmas in July” theme, the event planned for July 13th from 9am to 1pm at McHattan Park in Walcha, will return all of the successes of the previous Winter in Walcha including warmth around fire pits, market stalls, toasted marshmallows and hot chocolate but with some themed additions to build the festive fun.
Activities such as community yarn-bombing, crazy Christmas sweater parades and holiday-themed decoration creations, plus some special tastes delivering on the Christmas theme, will transport everyone to a winter wonderland once again. And we’re guaranteeing snow each 30 minutes again.
