6.30am – Yard Dog Trials (judge’s talk); 7.00am – Kitchen and offices open; 7.45am – Horse section commences in Rings 1, 2, 3 and 5; 8.00am – Sports Shear;  9.00am – Pavilion opens; 9.00am – Show and Shine (10.00am-1.00pm); 10.00-11.00am Sign up for Tyre Changing Competition (from 11.00am); 10.00am  – Judging of Poultry Section; 10.00am – Bar opens; 11.00am – Pet Competition; 12.30pm – Decorated Bicycle Competitioin and Lolly Chase; 1.00pm – Lunch break – horse events; 1.00pm – Grand Parade and Opening of 2026 Uralla Show; Sports Shear and Yard Dog Trials continue; 2.30m – Home Brew judging; 3.00pm – Presentation of Pavilion prize; Evening Programme from  4’ish: Yard Dog Demonstration, Pavilion, Horse Barrel Races, Rural Fire Service Display, live music (Axemen), fireworks. 5.30’ish – Lolly Chase and Kid’s Races; 6.30pm – Open Feature Barrel Race ($100 prize); before fireworks – live music (Axemen); 8.30pm – Fireworks; after fireworks – live music (Axemen).
