Strength, confidence and community at Zero One Inverell

In a fitness industry often dominated by quick fixes and high-intensity trends, Zero One Coaching in Inverell is taking a more grounded, long-term approach, one built on strength, education and confidence.

Founded and led by Jordan Letcher, Zero One is a local strength and conditioning facility and a NSW-accredited Olympic Weightlifting club, but its scope goes far beyond competitive lifting.

“While we coach the sport of weightlifting, our scope extends far beyond competition lifting. Our core focus is helping people get strong,” said Jordan

Strength, he says, is not just for athletes or the gym-obsessed. It’s a fundamental quality for everyday life, and one that becomes increasingly important as we age.

“Strength is an often underrated but essential quality for a longer, healthier life,” Jordan said.

At Zero One, that philosophy underpins every program, regardless of a client’s age, experience or background.

From complete beginners to seasoned lifters, Zero One works with people from all walks of life.

“We train people of all ages and all walks of life to better understand their bodies, move well, and build confidence through structured, progressive training,” Jordan said.

Sessions are designed to meet individuals where they’re at, focusing on sound movement, gradual progression and sustainable results, not burnout.

This emphasis on quality over extremes is central to Zero One’s approach. Jordan’s advice is refreshingly simple: “You don’t need extreme workouts, you need good movement, consistency, and training that progresses with you over time.”

That mindset helps clients build strength safely, improve joint health and balance, and develop confidence both inside and outside the gym.

Beyond the gym floor, Zero One is firmly grounded in evidence-based practice.

Alongside his coaching experience, Jordan is currently studying a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology at the University of New England, allowing him to apply up-to-date, science-driven principles to his work. This academic foundation supports clients at every stage of life, from general health and wellbeing to more structured performance goals.

For Jordan, the benefits of strength training extend well beyond physical outcomes. “Building strength improves bone density, joint health, balance, and mental resilience, and it supports independence as we age,” Jordan said.

That focus on longevity and resilience is what sets Zero One apart, and what keeps clients coming back.

Based in Inverell, Zero One Coaching continues to grow as a trusted local facility for those looking to train with purpose, progress with confidence and invest in their long-term health.
